Important communication to all Priority clients
“We manage all your Fire and Safety needs.”
Priority’s core purpose has never been more challenging than in this time of the pandemic crisis.
Our company’s mission is to ensure the safety of you, our clients. Right now, we have an equally great responsibility for the safety of our team and our community.
Priority has created a Pandemic Preparedness Committee which convenes every day to discuss the latest recommendations from the World Health Organization, and both Canadian and provincial governments. We would like to share with you, our partners, the current steps we are taking to protect people and limit the spread of this disease.
Effective immediately, Priority will suspend all elective, non-urgent inspections and services.
Priority will continue to offer full service for any and all emergencies or urgent work 24/7.
All Priority active technicians will be using masks, hand sanitizer and/or gloves.
Priority has the majority of its administrative staff working remotely from home.
Priority has reconfigured our head office space to allow for maximum distance between any office staff working on site.
Priority has temporarily restricted visitors in all offices, canceled live meetings and suspended business travel.
Any staff member returning from out of the country since March 3rd, 2020 has been set up to work remotely and is in self-quarantine for the required 14-day period.
We want to reassure all clients that are affected by any interruption in our services, that we will be managing our rescheduling priorities based on inspection due dates and each building’s code adherence.
“Excellence is the minimum we owe”
Through these difficult times, Priority will stay true to our core values. We will continue to monitor this situation very closely and make updates as needed to ensure we are doing everything we can for our customers, employees, and communities.
