ULC standards and code require that all fire alarm systems be monitored 24 hours per day. Our state-of-the art solutions connect your fire panel to ULC certified Central Monitoring across the country to enable remote monitoring your alarm systems 24/7 year round. Based on your needs, we can use phone line connection with either GSM (cellular) or IP (internet) backup to ensure you never lose connection in the case of an emergency.

We manage surveillance for you by performing, verifying and following-up on signal checks to the Central Monitoring station. We maintain monthly reports and regularly update your emergency contact list.

A door access control system provides authorized individuals safe and secure access while restricting unauthorized access to a building or certain areas of a building. Keys can be duplicated or lost creating a security risk and added expense of replacing locks and re-issuing keys. With electronic access control, lost cards or FOBs can simply be deleted from the system barring access to the controlled areas.

Ranging in scope from multi-entry building systems to standalone access solutions for remote security doors, our door access systems are expandable and can be integrated with your building’s telephone access system and existing automatic doors. We can also integrate fire alarm syncing and sensors capable of instantly deactivating automatic latch systems and enabling fire/security doors to be used manually in the event of smoke, fire or power failures.
